WEB Pickup Locations that are closed temporarily do not appear in the list of options.
Hours of Operation
To review hours of operation after an order has been placed, go to Your Orders and select View order details.
Eligible Packages and Pickup Locations
You can choose to deliver eligible packages to Pick-up Locations such as Amazon Lockers or Amazon Counter. If your order qualifies, eligible Pick-up Locations display during the checkout.
Amazon's Partnership with TransLink
Pick up your Amazon package on your schedule and at a transit hub. TransLink and Amazon have partnered to introduce Amazon Lockers at SkyTrain stations across Metro Vancouver.
Amazon Locker Service
Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to collect your Amazon.ca packages. When your package arrives at the locker, you receive a delivery confirmation email with a unique code to access your package.
